I have, by chance, stumbled upon a used Ibanez SD-9 (Sonic Distortion - 3 knob, puke green color) in my local pawn shop. Has anyone on these forums used this pedal before and for what kind of music?
I am new to this pedal business, normally I just run my guitar straight through into a 5150 head / Marshall 1960 4x12 cab. Pedal experts, how should I use this SD-9 to get the most out of the 5150 tone? As a boost for solos?
Lastly, anyone know any 'tried and true' knob settings on this little pedal?
