Ibanez Wiring help

Hey guys! This is the wiring diagram I'm looking at....

My ? is for the pickups it's showing 3 wires Red White and Ground. I've got it figured out that the RED wire is hot.

This is prolly a stupid ? but does that mean the WHITE wire is the series link?

I'm going to be using 2 dimarzios and a fender single...

Also on the Deep panal jack I have on the way it has 2 long lugs and a short lug. Which lug is which?
