i'm bored ... so ... messenger-cast!

All,

I'm bored today so I'm going to use Yahoo! messenger to "messenger-cast" me practicing guitar. Yeah, I'm THAT bored.

I'd never have the guts to cast my practice. Heck, I turn my amp waay down to practice so my parents barely hear it. Mostly because my practicing involved at least 15 minutes of wanking to improve my improvisation, 15 minutes of really similar chords (eg I pick a progression and play it in as many positions and styles and with fills as I can) and then half an hour or more of practing songs I know.

Basically, I feel sorry for my parents having to put up with repetitive exercises (if I learn a new lick, Ill play it like 20 times in a row until I can do it cleanly).

So yeah it didn't last but a couple hours. I had a version of Yahoo IM installed that was 1 # away from the most recent. After being online for a couple hours, someone tried to DDoS-IM me. Needless to say I recovered by shutting off the internet in NIS, then changing my preferences. I then upgraded to the most recent version.

The hotel maid came in while I was playing, said I was good. Yeah it's always fun to be told this, even if you know it's not totally true . But anyways, no one really watched the cam, and I was hanging out in the music lobby. Oh well, nothing lost.

I was only in it for the fun. Right now I'm recording more clips on Audacity.
