I'm having a hard time finding a large pedalboard case .

I've been looking for a used (L) 48" x (D) 25" × (H) 8" pedalboard case for a while now.
They used to have a 45" x 20" x 7" CNB case at Rondo Music, but they no longer carry them at their store.

I need a case that use be easy, just go up on stage, take the lid off and plug in and play.

Wow -I want to know what you are planning and if you have 2 roadies. :lmao: 48" x 25" That sounds like an absolute beautiful pain in the arse! I guess multi-fx pedals and midi are not your thing!
Please do a dedicated build thread on what you are doing!

In your position, I think I'd go with two smaller boards. They can have different power supplies so no need to unplug anything and just set up the signal flow so that there's just a single connecting wire between the two boards.

Then your unpacking would be:
- Open both cases
- Plug in to AC
- Connect one patch between the two boards
- Good to go

thats a huge board! betcha it weighs more than my amp. can we see the board youre trying to find a case for?

Probably wouldn't be cheap but you may be able to find someone on Etsy to custom make you one, are you looking for a hard or soft case?

I'd look for a cheap keyboard case, maybe even used.
If you get one larger than you need, you can keep cables in it too.
Of course you'd have to take the pedalboard out, not just take off the cover.
But is that really too much extra trouble?

I traveled with my pedalboard and cables in a keyboard roadcase for many years.
Used to stand it nearby to hold a fan and drink during the show.

Agreed. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Couldn't you minimize the board just by connecting everything with midi? Have one board to control everything.

This is it .

What's your best time from one end to the other? :D
That thing is ginormous!

Depending on how durable and cost-effective you want it to be, you could get a nicely padded keyboard gig-bag and insert some reinforcements in the sides.
It's a bit diy, but cheap, easy to make, easy to use since those things are zipped and have handles and straps.
What's the weight on that monster?

Maug,...

First....are you real or are you a BOT from the gear industry sent to inspire and show what is possible when too much isnt enough? :lmao:

Second question -if you are real,.....are you the return of LPB after a lotto win?

Lastly, thanks for your existence either way.... this stuff is funny and awesome. I want a pic of this, with your amp/fx rack and your speakers PLZ. (can you frame all of it in one shot?)

keep dreaming up crazy sh*t!

My pedalboard is like a Sonic museum ( old multi effects.... LOL ) .....an RP-1 ( 1992 ) , an RP-12 ( 1996 ) , a 2112 SGS ( 1997 ) two SD SFX-1 Pickup Boosters ( 2003 ) , a BBE Stomp Sonic ( 2004 ), Decibel Eleven Loop Expander ( 2014 ) and a Decibel Eleven Hot Stone Deluxe ( 2018 ).
It works .
