I'm In Love With My STRAT,,,all over again!!

Having recently been reunited with my beloved STRAT, with early 60's rosewood neck, I am ecstatic to claim that I have re-realized one of the reasons I love this guitar. Of the many pickguards that have resided in this axe, the one in there now is just so, so cool. It contains a Little 59-1b, a RW/RP SSL2, and (the best of all!) a very early 70's gray-back Fender pup out of my ex's 3-bolt sunburst Strat. I have the added authority of the Lil 59 in the bridge, along with some very sweet sounding middle position sounds.
There's nothing like meeting an old, trusty friend!!

Very cool setup. I'm thinking about a single sized 'bucker for one of my strats.

Cool!

I recently reaquired a Strat that I had owned 20 years ago, so I can sort of relate to what you're feeling.

Enjoy!

Well if you ever find yourself falling out of love with it than I'd love to take the burden off your hands ;). Seriously though stoked you were able to be reunited with your old trusty axe!
