I was looking on eBay for a used Trem JB or a Trem Duncan Custom.

I found this pickup labeled as a TB4L.
Is is a Trem JB or something different?

Yes, TB = Trembucker. 4 is the humbucker model number.

Could be an older model and the 'L' is the initial of the person who wound it?

Someone around here has a list of who each initial stands for but I have no idea where it is, sorry.

I have a CCL, so it's a legit code, but I don't know who L is.

L= Lidia Daniel. I THINK she was just recognized for her long term employment with SD, but I could be mistaken. At any rate, it's a real deal JB trembucker, wound by Lidia.
