Hey forum dudes(and dudets), I don't have much time to post this, but I figure if I don't post it know and post my full review later, this post won't ever even exist.
So...yeah...Sunday I was in Omaha(biggest city in Nebraska) and we were doing the whole family shopping at the mall thing and what not, and I ask my mom if we can to go Russo's Guitar Center(GREAT place BTW, amazing staff and selection, good service...if anyone's in/around Omaha and looking for a new guitar/bass, deffinatly check them out!) and my mom says yes.(which was a suprise to me considering I didn't think we'd end up going on that trip) So we get there, I start looking at all the guitars and what not...play an LTD EX-400 with the black diamond plate, sweet guitar yet nothing special....keep on looking down the rack. I also tried an LTD EC-400 in black and a black Dean Z.(both also good guitars, yet still nothing special)...and then I it(or maybe i should say her, but i don't have a name yet...) and the first thing that came to my mind was "Holy S!@#, this is beautiful!" Then I pulled her down and started playing her(aucsticly). And as I expected, like all Schecters, this one had a second to none set up and sounded AMAZING!...Then my mom(who I didn't even knew came into the store) comes over and asks me after I've been playing this one for about 10-15 minutes "If your dad and I were to be extra nice and let you get a guitar today, would this one be the one you would want?" And I just look at her while I'm still playing a riff and give her the 'do i really need to be answering this question look' and say "heck yeah!".....
okay okay okay...so to make a long thread short
On Sunday I got a Black Schecter C-1 Hellraiser that is completely f!#@ing awesome and sounds godly through my Mesa!
Picks and full review to come tomorrow(hopefully) and whenever I have enough time from not play this beast (respectively)
