Had way too much cuervo and miller Chill tonight but about to sleep so I can go to class in the morning, so bare with me. This is something I thought of while kinda F-d up tonight. I am looking for an amp I do not really want. I have gloated for weeks how I want a Vox Valvetronix 15Watt, But I dont really want this I want a Dr Z. Carmen Ghia but way way out of my price range and too loud. I love the tone of the Vox Valvetronix 15 watter but to load and on top of my price range (college student that takes summer classes so lives of my parents at 22 that gets 75 dollars a week for food, beer, bars, ect) so here is what i like as far as tone.

Vox DA5<Roland Micro-cube<Vox AD15..............

I am thinking I should just go for the microcube now, its the cheapest of the options and the volume I need.

I just need something to inspire me. My bros Fender Twin Reverb is at home and that is the only amp I play on really, and I do not really like that but at least it sounds awesome just not what I am looking for.

The twin is my bros and I cant bring it to my college town(Bowling Green Ohio) from home(Cincinnati, even though he lives in LA

I'd suggest a Cube 15 over the MicroCube. The MC is cool for what it does (I own one) but I'd take the extra headroom and channel switching of the 15. On top of that, the 15 is no more expensive and often cheaper than the MC.
