Increasing gain on DS-1?

Anyone know what values to modify to increase gain on a DS-1? I changed to clipping diodes to achieve a tone I liked, but now there is too little gain outside of the last 3/4 of the knob.

I've heard R13 can be increased and C8 decreased? Does anyone know if this will affect anything else.

To answer your question, yes, reducing R13 will increase gain. Decreasing C8 will also increase gain, but be aware, messing with values of R13 and C8 will also affect which frequencies get amplified as they are an RC filter so changing one without changing the other may have undesired results, or, maybe desired results?
