I was at my favorite guitar shop and I fell in love!! They had a mim deluxe strat that i have never even heard of before. It was transparent blue (nice and deep color, very grainy wood) gold hardware, maple neck, Vintage NOISELESS PICKUPS, and a totiseshell (sp?) pick guard (the pick guard looked REALLY bad on this guitar! a pearl moto would look a hundred times better). As I was playing it, i noticed it also had the SUPER STRAT button for the mid boost. They were selling it for around $600 which included the good gig bag (not the cheep ones). I could not believe how great this sounded. It was called the Fender Deluxe Player Strat.
