Interesting Matchless Auction...

Re: Interesting Matchless Auction...

Here's gearjoneser's chance to prove his Matchless-as-investment theory!

Re: Interesting Matchless Auction...

These are the kinds of auctions I love. It's a one time chance to see who actually comes up with the money, and owns the most collectible pieces of amp history. $125,000 was a bit lofty, but I want to see if anyone grabs it for $20K.
I hope the auction ends with a buyer. I hate it when the auction is ended early, and we have no idea of the selling price.

Re: Interesting Matchless Auction...

$20,000 seems like a deal for all of that, if it truly is all original and historic etc etc. Like GJ said, it's always interesting to see who comes up with the money in the end.

It looks like they relisted for $1k. Someone can jump on it now.

That's what I'm saying... that is CRAZY!!!!!!! Even I'm considering bidding if it stays decent.

Re: Interesting Matchless Auction...

I just wanna see all the testing notes and sketches...of course, the proto amps are a nice bonus too.
