Invader help

I just installed my new Invader on my guitar and for some reason the volume is really low. Everything is wired right. What could be wrong? I followed the schematic form the site and the volume is really low. Please help.

A little. I just have a volume knob. If i turn my vol. all the way up on the guitar and amp its really quiet

Try raising the invader a bit. I remember there was a time when this happened to me too. Except it was a wiring prob.

An Invader with low volume and sounding thin?!! That must be a wiring problem.
