Invader Neck Wah sound?

Does the Invader neck normally have a cocked/toe up wah sound to it? I've heard them on recordings before and I've played them in the Synyster Gates signature model in GC before but never noticed this. Maybe I screwed up my wiring or have a dud?

P.S. I'm really digging the bridge model btw

I have it wired to a push pull for series/parallel. I'm pretty d*mn sure I wired it to the pot correctly. I don't know if maybe the switch is bad or if the pickup just has that kind of sound anyway?
