Newest toy to play around with that actually works!
I purchased one and played around woth it to get the settings (e.g., tone) I wanted, then used it live at last Saturday's BEER WEEK gig in Qingdao
Played it throught the PA (Stereo) and the other band members and folks who follow the band all commented how great the sound.
As with other programable units, I did adjust the setting to fit what my ears told me should good. What made it work very well in the live setting was ease of use - live.
Instead of having the iPAD inserted into the iPB-10, I used a cable extension and had the iPAD on an adapter connected to my mike stand.
I left the rest of the gear home, which at first suprised the rest of the band (worried at first) but after the sound check, there were quite a bunch of smiles and at the breaks and end of the gig... a lot of interest in this set-up.
Finally, there isn't a lot of digital tone with this setup, somehow digitech got that problem fixed.
