Here's a video of an Iron Maiden tribute band i've recently played with in Thetford mines, Quebec. I'm the guy playing Dave Murray. I'm using a Floyd Rose equipped Strat with a Duncan Custom bridge and a Hotrail neck through a Mesa single Rectifier with EL34s. The cab is a Mesa oversized 4X12 with Eminence Wizards and V30s X-patterned (don't remember which speaker is miced, though). The recto is boosted with a TS-808. Cheers!

Re: Iron Maiden using a Mesa Rectifier

Very nice indeed.

I'm curious, what channel & mode on the recto?

Re: Iron Maiden using a Mesa Rectifier

Thanks for the good words, guys! There are only 2 channels on the single rec and it was on the second one, modern mode. Not a lot of gain, maybe 1 o'clock.

Re: Iron Maiden using a Mesa Rectifier

Here's another one, cheers guys!

Re: Iron Maiden using a Mesa Rectifier

Both vids are awesome! Your singer totally nails Dickinson's voice! The guitar tones kick ass too!

Also, great stage presence! Fun watching that :)

Re: Iron Maiden using a Mesa Rectifier

Thank you very much for the great comments! Since you guys seem to appreciate that, here's a couple more. Cheers!
