Is an EL84 & 6BQ5 the same tube?

Just wondering because my Univox U45-B has 6BQ5 tubes and I'm seeing a lot of EL34/6BQ5 descriptions, but nobody differentiates as to whether this is the same tube, like a 12AX7 is also an ECC83
