Is it okay that one rail on a Hot Rails bridge pickup is lower than the other?

I just bought a Hot Rails bridge pickup to install in my Traveler Speedster. When I received it I noticed that one of the rails was lower than the other. Wanted to check to see if this was normal or if it either needs adjustment or replacement.

The Hot and Cool Rails I own have both of each individual rail at the same height.

Did you buy it used?

I bought it new, but from a smaller vendor (a reputable Ebay seller).

That looks like it suffered some kind of blow to the top, pushing the rail. They usually aren't like that. If you can, ask for a swap.
