Is it safe to plug the Twin Tube Classic into the Auxilary AC on a Pedal Power 2?

Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 has an auxilary AC outlet with a 200 watt maximum. Can I plug my Twin Tube Classic's AC adapter into this, or does it need to be plugged into the wall/powerstrip???? Thanks for your help!

Be careful as I remember the Twin Tube has a different power requirement from what regular pedals use (16volt?) whereas regular ones are 9 or something like that. Maybe someone else with more experience could chime in?

I would have a hard time believing that an AC plug with a 200 watt upper limit would be overloaded by any preamp. Preamps aren't all that high in wattage consumption. As long as your voltage is 110 coming out of the pedal power ac adapter, you should be fine.

Yes let's be clear. You're not saying you want to power the Twin Tube with one of the Pedal Power's connections, instead you want to plug the Seymour Duncan adapter into the courtesy AC plug they've put on the back of the unit. I will soon be doing the same thing on my pedal board. I think that courtesy jack is brilliant.

I'm with Scott on this one.... The power input calls for 16-volt AC with an upper limit amperage of 560mA...

Yes, going into the courtesy AC outlet on the Pedal Power with the SD supplied AC adapter.
