How long are the leads on a new neck position JB Jr. supposed to be, and are the wires pre-stripped or not (or at least pre fanned out)?

i think about 12 inches, its not pre stripped, it should look like a single thick black wire, then it has all teh leads inside of it

Yep, 12" to 13" with no stripping ...

if yours are stripped then it was at least prepared for instalation but it still may never have been installed.
