is the GH5 pickup a Breed?

I'm asking here since the Dimarzio forums seem quite dead, but is the GH5 pickup from the laguna signature greg howe guitar just a Breed pickup??

If so, what would be the duncan equivalent to the breed/GH5 if there are any?

I don't know what is in that guitar, but if I were trying to get close to the Breed in the Duncan line, I would try a Perpetual Burn or JB. There is no pickup in the Duncan lineup that is just like the Breed.

The JB and the Breed are polar opposites to me. The Breed is thick but not muddy, I would use the word smooth to describe it. I would never say a JB is smooth but thats me. I have both, love them both

According to DiMarzio, the GH5 is very similar to the Gravity Storm bridge.
