Can someone tell me if this wiring diagram is correct for splitting the humbuckers and having treble bleed.

I’m assuming, when you say “split the humbuckers,“ that you mean the ones in the bridge and neck positions and NOT the one in the center. If that’s the case, then yes… This diagram will work great for you.
