It is called a Micro Tilt adjuster and is intended to be used instead of a shim to set the neck pitch angle.

Looks like it's got a date stamp of December 1994 in the neck pocket as well. I'd say that thing is 100% legit.

I used to own a brown sunburst/maple neck 1994 40th Anniversary. It's real.

ill turbinate this baby
put some graphtech black saddles on it and black locking nuts and 2 bare knuckle pickups. one is already there.
and my charvel is going to be totally Seymourized with the addition of the custom custom trembucker in the bridge. ill buy it here in germany.
is there any new single coil sized humbucker to be released? im not happy with the JB jr i have in the neck. i thought it would be as powerfull as the jb jr bridge but its not.

you could use a JB Jr bridge model in the neck if you are looking for a little more power...

or get a new pickguard and go full sized over wound humbuckers since your strat has the swiming pool route it will be easier to do...

That's actually my birthday as well. That neck was finished on my 14th birthday. Not sure about the body, I can't read the exact day, just the 'december'

you could use a JB Jr bridge model in the neck if you are looking for a little more power...

or get a new pickguard and go full sized over wound humbuckers since your strat has the swiming pool route it will be easier to do...
