Thames is right....that angle looks off. My Hwy 1 has a straight spring pull with no angle from the nut to the tuner. Looks like things may be a bit off. However, does it affect the playability or tuning? If not I'm not sure I'd waste a bunch of time or $$ to correct it. Hell, I'm not even sure what you'de do to correct it, I could guess but that would be all it would be.

I'm no expert but is the neck set in the pocket correctly? If that was the case the strings would seriously be off elsewhere on the neck (Not even sure that would cause what you are seeing, just a guess). More likely that the Nut is installed improperly.
Edit: Maybe a combination of both. A mis-set neck and the nut was cut to compensate. (Pull the strings away from the top edge of the neck.)

My guess would be either the tuners were installed wrong, or the nuts slots were cut wrong, but then the strings should be misaligned at the nut from the edges of the fingerboard, kinda hard to see it *almost* looks like it could be an optical illusion. I think the tuners were drilled out wrong.
Like the guy said before, if it doesn't cause any problems roll with it. The only real fix would be to plug the holes and redrill the headstock (big mess), or find some type of vertical cylinder style string guide to reroute every string (another big mess).

are the string tree lined up correctly? And are you stringing the tuners that are not in the picture the same way? Other than that it would be hard to tell. can you post some pictures that show the guitar from the bridge to the complete headstock. That would help.
