Is this the best F-spacing or Tremspacing can do?

This isn't my pic but I have the same HM strat and the same issue with the pole pieces not lining up. I removed my pickup to find it is already F-spaced. What gives?

I have an HM Strat and everything lines up alright except the two outside strings, which are over the poles, but close to the edge of them.

It sounds fine to me though....

Don't obsess over it....it really doesn't matter as far as sound goes.

maybe the neck is out of line. that was the problem with a strat i bought once. it didnt line up so i took it out and put a thin pick on the in side to even it out. and guess what. it worked!

That doesn't look too bad. The high E polepiece on my Antiquity bridge humbucker is about 1/8" off from the string on my Washburn CT2Q. I haven't noticed a significant decrease in volume on that string as compared to the other strings.

I'd want to grab another HM preferrably with a maple board next time. I gotta say that red marble finish is awesome! Mine is a very plain but sexy black.
