Anyone use these? I've been thinking about ordering the new Jet City one because it's a pretty decent price, but I have no experience with them. How well do these things usually work?

I've had good luck with mine.

It really came in handy when tracking live with the whole band in our rehearsal space keeping my track nice and isolated from the rest of the band.
It helped in the same manner live too but this particular unit is pretty big so I didn't haul it out too often.

I own a Randall iso cab and I love it!
It's a great solution for tracking at high volumes.
Couple things to note, however:
1. You should definitely get an Auralex Gramma to put under the cab or you will be driving people crazy with bass thump leakage.
2. Most iso cabs only attenuate about 30dB from the signal. I wrap my iso cab in inexpensive soundproofing blankets from Audimute to keep the leakage down to acceptable levels.
