It feels good to be back on this forum!

It was around 2001 when I first signed up, and now that almost fifteen years have passed, I've logged on for nostalgia's sake and it's nice to see new people along with some familiar members from way back.

Last night I decided to this little improv piece...sort of an EJ in Dmin with a few twists here and there

Awesome playing! My improv is my greatest weakness as a player. It's my musical goal in 2017 to change that.

A looper and a great scale & chord book are the best tools to practice improv at home.

thanks. please tell her that really means a lot. His tone and phrasing and general command of the instrument was so so crucial to my learning of the guitar.
