What humbucker pickup would be good to put on this jackson guitar that would work well with the two single coil pickups?

What kind of sound are you going for? What is more important, volume of the humbucker, or balance with the singles? And what singles are in there?

Honestly, I would give the stock Jackson pickups a chance. Pretty sure the bridge is loosely based on a JB or Distortion at around 16.2K from what I can find. Probably works great for thrash as-is. Reviews for that model praise the sound, but if you figure out what you like/don't like about the stock setup, we can better assist you.

That's were I was going. If he doesn't have the guitar yet, it is hard to recommend anything because we don't know what it sounds like.

Duncan JB, Distortion, Jupiter, would be things to look at trying.
