FTR, this is how my current "band" Something Really Dirty writes songs. I'll eventually clean it up a bit, add real lyrics (not just ad lib random stuff) and maybe change a part or two, but I think this fits my band's quirky-indie-rock thing pretty well. Make-it-as-you-go songwriting is fun...sometimes being put on the spot like that really makes you write better.
