I think they use bablefish from altavista to do a direct translation.

sentence structure and pronouncing is way different between the japanese and english language. online translation can only direct translate the pronounciation of a japanese text to a similar sounding english text.

try mcdonalds. the japanese call them makudon narudo. read it real fast.

that said, ishibashi is a top-notch retailer with excellent english speaking and writing customer service staff.

If you translated that from Japanese characters from that site the reason it might have been messed up is because you might need to have the Japanese language kit activated in your computer. It might not have recognized some differences in context and what not.
