oh yeah. In the first video he just pretty much lays on you every possible scale you can use in music (except the really weird ones like hungarian minor and what not... ) Just the main jazz scales - he goes through all of them.
He also give you cool modal ideas. Like the types of triads and arpeggios you can play over each chords. Also chromatic ideas.

And the second video is just phrasing, and useful exercises you can use to be able to solo "through" changes not "over" them.

Hey guys correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't the
Eb maj 7 #5 chord exactly the same as an Eb aug maj 7
After all augmented means sharp 5... no?
