Jazz/Metal PUP's Help? Versitility help?

Hey,

I'm Going to UGD and can't figure out what pick up i should emulate. I play jazz with metal tendencies and need a versitile humbucker. Any Suggestions? I am looking for a warm, slightly twangy tele sound that could pull off a nice crunch with the right pedal.

59 bridge has a nice twangy tone and has a crunch to die for. On the other hand may be it's too low in output for your purpouses. For a higher output check the JB, it's twangy when clean and many people thinks it's a great pickup for metal. I don't think it's that good on jazz unless you play distorted, and don't expect too complex textures out of it.
