Jazz neck vs 59 neck at C standard.

Hi guys been looking in to some New pups in my Ibanez S470. Its thin mahogany with maple neck and rosewood fret board, tuned to C standard using beefy slinkys. decided on using a Duncan Distortion in the bridge but can't make my mind up on a neck. both jazz and 59 are suited to the guitar according to write ups but want to know which one will cope better with the down tuning best.

I've used the Jazz neck with my guitar tuned to C# and I liked it alot. I thickened it up nicely but it was still really good for fast leads too. Clean it's just spectacular. Great pup.
