I Have A Jb Set And The Neck Is Ok.
The Bridge Is Floppy And Mudd.

I Was Thinking About Maybe Getting A Dimarzio Super Distortion.

Whats Good For Classic Metal?

Re: Jb Bridge Pup Too Warm.....

Umm..no. The Custom Custom is the SH-11. It is standard production.

The Super distortion will do classic metal very well.

If you're used to the Dimarzio's and EMG's and like their sound..chances are you might not like the Duncan's. Duncan's have their own unique sound. They'll sound much warmer than the Dimarzio's and EMG's. I do think Dimarzio's and EMG's have that similiar tonal characteristics being with Dimarzio's higher output models compared with the active EMG's...Duncan's are on a league of their own. Super Distortion might be what you're looking for.
