JB in a Mexi Tele

Is the JB jr. a direct fit for a telecaster. Stock is noisy. For sure want to upgrade pups w/ Duncans and do they make drop in Jazz for the Front pup as well. i didn't see it on the chart.

The JB Jr is not a drop in replaceMent for a Tele. The Lil 59 lead is the closest thing to it in the Duncan catalog. The regular Jazz might fit in the neck slot with only a pickguard change, depending on the routing under the stock 'guard.

You would THINK the JB jr. would be the closest match to a JB. Unfortunately it isn't, for whatever reason. I personally find that kind of weird. What's even weirder is that the full size JB has more high end to it than the JB jr.

I know my Tele has a neck route for a bucker, haven't checked under the bridge plate yet, plant to on my next string change
