JB in bridge, Jazz in neck position - which middle PU ?

Title says it all.. I'm building a superstrat with a HSH setup and I'd like it to be really flexible - what would be a good pickup in the middle position to get the "quack" in positions 2 and 4 (combined with the split HBs) ?

Bonus points for (links to) sample wiring diagrams (5-way-swicth or superswitch and mini toggle - I love those ^-^)

Thanks in advance for your input !

SSL6 Custom Flat Strat if you want it to balance volume wise.

Another interesting thing you could do, since the JB and Jazz will be different output levels when split, is do something like a Vintage Rails. With a Superswitch, you could have it in series, when split with the JB. And have it in parallel when split with the Jazz. Just a thought. A Duckbucker or Cool Rails would work equally as well.

You could do something really wild and rout the middle for a P90 soapbar pickup.

Welcome to the forum!

I like the STK-S4, which is hum-cancelling on its own, sounds like a Strat pickup, and will balance well with the other pickups.
