JB JR Magnet Flip

So, I have recently rewired my guitar with some new pups and cut a new hole for a center position single coil (or single coil sized HB in this instance). It now has a slash on the neck, jb jr middle, and prail bridge. I had to run new wire out of the slash for triple shots (slash is a 2 conductor HB by the way, I didn't realize until I tried to install). So, opening up the slash, I pulled the magnet off, just being dumb. I then put it back in without marking the polarity. I wanted to make sure it was copacetic with the other pups so I checked the polarity of all the pups with a compass. It turns out that the slash and prail have matching polarity, but the jb jr is opposite. Is there a way to open up and flip the magnet on the jb jr? I looked at it, it doesn't appear to be screwed on like the full size hbs. Or would it be easier to flip the magnet on both full size hbs? Or, will the sound really make that much difference being a different sized pickup? Should I just leave them all alone now?

not without destroying the pup. the lil series of pups have different construction than the normal size buckers. are the pups all in phase? if so, id leave them be

Re: JB JR Magnet Flip

I haven't plugged guitar in yet to see how it sounds. I'm assuming though, that it will be out of phase since the JB JR has opposite polarity of the full sizes hbs. I didn't want to put it all back together until I figured this out.

Yeah, I think with the JB Jr, everything is sort of glued together. Are you sure it is out of phase with the other 2 pickups?
