I'm debating about putting one of these pickups on the bridge in my strat. I play funk & hard rock with heavy wah. It currently has either a hotrails or cool rails (I can't tell), but it sounds too high in the mids, and doesn't have the punch for hard rock or smoothness for funk. I love the trembucker I have in my ibanez and if I could get something similar to that in a single coil size that would be epic.
