JB Magnet swap

Hey all, I just ordered an A8 magnet for my JB, I also switched out the screw polepices with the hex heads from my Humbucker From Hell, I basically put the screw type in the coil closest to the neck in my HFH and put the hex heads in the JB. I know that the new magnet will alter the pup a bit, but what should I expect from the polepieces being traded? Will this have an affect on the tone as well? Or was it just a cosmetic change.

I was thinking of putting an A8 in my JB as well, but with one row of the invader screws. Let me know what happens with yours.

If the hex head pole pieces are shorter in length than the screw pole pieces you removed, it should reduce and tighten the bass somewhat.
