jb vs. custom custom

hey, i wanna swap out the stock pickups in my sg standard. so i'm starting with the bridge pickup. i'd like more output that the stock p/u's and perhaps a slight bit more of "aggression".

i've always shyed away from changing pickups b/c i find it hard to verbalize what i'm looking for as well as it's sort of a "buy to try" kinda thing...but i've sort of narrowed it down to the jb and the custom custom. i was wondering if any has some advice?

I'd go with the CC in that guitar, the SG is on the bright side (for mahogany) and I think the CC would fill it out nicely while still retaining a PAF vibe with a little more juice. The JB will be brighter, accentuate the treble, and has a more modern voice to it.
