jerry cantrell with EBMM?

anyone have any pics they can post of jerry cantrell playing his EBMM van halen guitars (circa '93 or so)...my buddy doesn't believe that he played those...

Tell your friend the story of how he got the EVH guitar (and 5150 amps): While playing a show together, Jerry played one of Eddie's guitars, and commented how great the axe/amp sounded together. When he got home, there were a couple EBMMs and 5150s in his garage, a gift from EVH.

Oh yeah he played them. I saw him do it live. He also was using 5150 stacks on the Dirt tour too and even later through their last tour.

I saw Steve Stevens with Vince Neil when they opened for VH, and he was using them too.

When he got home, there were a couple EBMMs and 5150s in his garage, a gift from EVH.

I believe that the untold part of this story is that someone that Van Halen toured with did the same for Eddie back when they were opening for someone. He was kind of returning the favor.

Really,, I wonder who that could have been, Vh got kicked off of every tour they opened, Journey, Black Sabbath and Ted Nugent.

Yeah, I've seen quite a few pics of Jerry playing an EBMM EVH. Gold Top I do believe. That or a natural finish. I read that EVH gave him the guitar and a few 5150 heads. EVH also gave Dweezil Zappa a few EBMM's/5150 heads.

his main guitars are the g&l rampage, g&l asat, a les paul and a music man.... i think.
