Jerry Donahue + Alnico II Pro in Tele with Rosewood board?

Hi
Anyone who have the Jerry Donahue bridge combined with the Tele Alnico II Pro neck in a Tele with rosewood board?
I'm asking because I'm considering to put these in my Tele, but afraid it could just be too much of smooth and soft -or did I miss something in the description?
I'm playing through a Laney VC15 with a 10" Greenback. Blues and classic rock. May need a bit more of everything, but retaining some of the classic Tele sound.

I have these in a tele and it makes a perfect combination... very balanced... I remove the covers from tele neck pickups to achieve better tone and response...

Do you have maple or rosewood fretboard - if it matters much on a Tele?
