Jimmy Page Wiring

I'm looking for an explanation of Jimmy Page Wiring from Duncan site. I bought 2x 500k A pots and 2x 500k B pots every with push-pull option. How should I change wiring to get "normal humbucker" sound when all pots are on "push" position ? Should I solder pots as they are upside-down on the schematic ? Should A pot: work for volume or tone (same question about B pots) ?

typically you would get the normal humbucker operation when all the pots are down, each pot you pull up changes something

The pots you use are simply a matter of personal taste. The A's are log taper and the B's are linear taper. Some people would use all A's or all B's. Given what you have, I'd probably use the A's for the volumes, and B's for the tones.

For the classic Page setup, you’ll need four 500K push/pull pots like these or these, which will set you back about $40US, not including the usual wire, solder, and tool
