I found alot of stupid threads, so me and my friend sat down and listened and it sounds like he has a VERY VERY fast delay box with a mild sounding chorus running.
It nearly gives the sound of 2 people playing the exact same thing at the exact same time.

go to this page, scroll down about mid way, you'll see some free realplayer videos where they talk about their guitars. It's a couple of years old, but very interesting. They both also play a little bit on there, and Tipton is using a Crate tube amp, with some delay on it. Sounds great.
The best part IMO is where Tipton shows his favorite guitar - a Gibson 335! at the end of the first video- but says it's just isnt' practical on stage!
