Just bought an original Line6 Flextone, what speaker should I throw in it?

Just picked up a MINT condition original LINE 6 Flextone for $100! All the reviews about this amp say that the stock line6 12" speaker (made my eminence) get's a little "tubby" when cranked, I was considering picking up a Vintage 30 to throw in it.

Anybody have any experience with these and speakers?

yeah, keep it neutral w/ regards to tonality.. the amp does it's own speaker + cab simulation!

have you given the stock speaker a chance? it might suit your needs as is!
