Ditto. I got an Eerie Dess Swirl DK-2 and it's just a great, great guitar. I love the that maple neck on the M though and many a time had to control myself from pulling the trigger. Enjoy it for a loooong time!

It's a good guitar. I don't know how austrailian dollars compare to U.S, or whether the prices are more there, but it is a good guitar. No junk.

Youre gonna love that guitar.I just love that white with the maple fretboard! Great score(how much is 700 Aus?).If the action wont get as low as you like, check that the frets might need grind and polish.This the case with most used guitars ive bought.Heres my Jackson mutt i put together from parts. Its got a Duncan Jazz set-what else?

Well 700 AUD is 623 USD but these guitars are worth around 1299 AUD new, so our pricing goes a little beyond just the conversion i think.

Holy crap! 1200 dolllras for a DK2? why dont we go into busniess. I will send you Dk2 every two weeks to sell and we will split the profits!!

These are some serious instruments man! Those necks are absolutely flawless and even the nut width is quite large, I found myself getting used to them a lot more than I thought I would. Good stuff dude.

I wonder if the JB will sound ok in that guitar... I play metal mostly and i'm concerned as to whether the JB will sound al ittle too bright in that guitar. As far as pickups go, the D sonic pwns in the RG i have, but thats basswood. And i'd like to experiment more with duncans. (i had a dimebucker and a custom in that RG and didnt like it)

I would join a jackson Forum. All i know is that Seymour Duncan says that the JB is his favourite pickup set, especially in that guiatar i would think. I mean, you could alsways throw in a Dimarzio Super D. Ya cant go wrong with that.I have been intrigued by some current discussion on the Custom. I imagine it might be **** nice in a Jackson Dinky bridge.

thats actually what i'd been considering. a Custom... Thought it might balance out int he guitar more for my needs.

I thought the same thing about the JB when i first bought my guitar, i planned on changing out the pups as soon as i got it. But the JB sounds HUGE in mine. The more i play on the JB/jazz set the more i love them. All i really play on my Jackson is metal and it sounds amazing.

I might just chuck emg's into this axe and call it a day and let my RG be the more tonally versatile axe.
I pretty much only play metal anyway.

Not to confuse, but the guy with the jackson V there has a emg81 in the bridge, the duncan in the neck is unconnected. Its just hard to see.
