Hey all,
Did my bi-weekly trek to GC today and got a super deal on a Marshall TSL 601 Combo 1x12!!. Wasn't looking for a new amp but I was just browsing and noticed that this amp was marked down to $529.00 (from $1199). I played around with it and just loved the tone of the 3 channels.
I asked the guy if something was broken or if it was used & the guy told me that GC wasn't going to carry this model any more and it was brand new. So I tried talking him down with no luck because they marked it down as low as it could go. Finally I offered him a trade in for my Line 6 Spider II and he said that he would give me $100.00 for it (which I kind of pissed off about ). So basically I got it $429.00 (dude was cool enough to waive the sales tax). Plus he threw in the 5 button pedal............
