Unfortuntately, I only got the bridge pickup working, as I killed the neck P90 , trying to get the cover off with a POS soldering iron.
anyways..:
I was not really about to buy a fuzz/distortion pedal, since my amp got really great high gain tones.... but one night, I was drunk on "home made pruno" and made the purchase.
...
The fuzz goes from "Big Muff" territory, to a kind of "blown up preamp" kinda tone, nasty but nice-
aswell as having an "octave" pot, that blends in the kind of octave-up fuzz tone, you heard Hendrix have.
There's a "9v/24v" switch, that greatly changes the response, and tone of the pedal.
It's much "splattier" and "dirtier" than the onboard distortion, and that's a really good thing. Can't wait to try it with a functioning neck pickup + "both pickups on" setting
... It also came! with a 9V adaptor!
Never had that happen with a pedal before.
A good fuzz- it doesn't clean up or sound like a fuzz-face- it's more like a "hot rodded/ trashed up big muff"
