Keith Urban's sound

Hey everyone this is my first post here. I Have a standard tele and am looking to put some pickups to kind of give me the Keith Urban tone. Anybody got any suggestions on what pickups to use?

Yah man, not sure about pickups and such, a large part of his tone though is his wide array of amplifiers . . . . of which i believe the bogner shiva is a primary part of the tone.
