keyboard midi playback/record delay

when i put my keyboard into my soundcard (m-audio fw 410) and i play through the native b4 organ synth, theres a slight delay when i listen through my computer monitors while playing. when i play in the plugin b4 in sonar, rather than the standalone b4, the delay is increased signinficantly. this is a problem if i want to record two keyboard tracks at once. anyone know how to fix this?

If you go into sonar, there should be something under your options where you can adjust your latency, see if you can adjust that to go any faster, if you can't, then you may need some kind of hardware upgrade (ram or otherwise)
