Here is my latest finished project.

Warmoth body
Warmoth neck
Duplicolor dark blue acrylic lacquer
Duplicolor clear acrylic lacquer
Black abalone pickguard from WD
Schaller locking tuners
2 point bridge from Guitar Fetish
Dimarzio ToneZone in bridge
A couple of single coils I had laying around, will probably upgrade

You're lucky....I still got about 1.5-2 months left before my tele project is finished. Looks like you did a good job, how much did this one run you?

Thats pretty cool lookin. Strats like that are what made me finally break down and buy one for once.

The body and neck were both showcase items. Got both for about $300. After tuners, pickguard, bridge pickups, it's about $550 to $600.

Good price, about how much I paid for my custom strat, i payed 400, but i finished it myself.

That pickguard's just perfect! Looks like a great job on the paint too.

:chairfall Ya, you should totally throw it off a bridge and light it on fire to simulate those yrs of use and abuse you see on those vintage strats:jester:

I said it before and I'll say it again, that guitar is a looker, don't change anything. If you must, a pup swap is acceptable, but looks wise that thing is awesome.
